Subject: Mods help No thumbs and links in freestuff

All I get is the following: artist: shows name of artist sponser: shows sponser date: shows date pcmac and number of downloads nothing else how do I fix this?

What section are you looking at? Everything I see looks ok.

No matter what section I click into in free stuff I dont get a thumbnail or download link just the above? I tried thumb onoff and compact onoff with no it showing the same result's I have cookies enabled.

Do you know HTML? View the source for that page and look for the IMG tags. Do they look right? Remember, we don't host the thumbnails. The thumbnail graphics are hosted where ever the uploader stores his items.

Went to :http://www.3dcommune.com/free stuff and tried it there ...it worked had thumb's and link's in free stuff. Here I do have thumbs in the gallery. So I think most definetly, positively you broke it but it's ok, blame it on someone else. Anyway I need the saugharo? cactus thingy in free stuff but cant see the thumb or the link so if you send it to me please in email ,I'll forgive you for breaking it and wont tell anyone it was you :p.

Opss- Reset my browse to default setting's, I got the thumb's and link's back. So your code's ok. Can I delete the evidence of my stupidity or do we leave it up for others to see and learn and to prove you the man? So sorry to have made you go thru this for nothing.

The reason I mentioned the banner blocker software, is that some of them will block the thumbnails in the Free Stuff, since they come from another site, rather than Renderosity. The code displaying the thumbnails hasn't been changed in several months. What browser/OS are you using?

IE ver 5.00.3314.2101 cipher strength:128-bit update version's:;sp2; With every security update it would take from MSWin98update page. I disabled: allow access data source across domain's on someone's advise, could this be the problem?

No, I checked that on my browser, and that's not it. But, I'm betting it may be something like that, since the thumbnails are shown from another server than the one dislaying the page.

I had also disabled Java and since I was not using it delete it from my PC where ever startfind found it at(mostly in window's folder's.
