Subject: speed modeling competition

i am thinking that we should set up our own speed modeling comptetition, except not geared towards 30 miniutes, more like 2 days or a week and not with modeling, just with pictures.   it might be nice to get out the concept of topology modeling because many artists that i am finding do not understand this concept whatsoever.

Im wondering....
If the deadline is 2 weeks ,that would rule out the speed part.
And if it isn't modeling, then that would rule out the modeling part.
Sooo....

The modeling forum used to have competitions, and they even have a contest gallery, but havent seen much of either one in awhile. The last contest we had here in the Blender forums had only two participants, and was never even judged.

yah, 2 weeks is a bit long, 2 days i think would be a bit better.  by just pictures i mean pictures of the mesh topology, not full renders, that just came out a bit weird.  the idea of doing it here would be to get something like this in a smaller community specificaly for learning to manipulate and create a good topology quickly in blender.
