I read it but in this day and age nothing suprises me in the UK anymore.
But thanks for the link as it has some other interesting acticles

There are also rumors that legislation is being prepared that will further curtail photographers rights in the UK.
I will see if I can find the link.....

It appears that impending legislation is just a rumor as described in this link....

In the link, there is also an interesting reference to this photog's experience attempting to photograph the "London Eye"...being denied taking photo's of it for "copyright and security" reasons.
