Subject: Can't Post To Gallery?

gypsyangel ( ) posted Fri, 02 March 2007 at 6:12 PM · edited Fri, 22 November 2024 at 4:09 PM

It says I can't post another picture unless I upgrade, but it also says the last time I uploaded a picture was Thursday, March 1st. Since this is Friday, March 2nd, why am I not allowed to upload a picture?

Thanks!

Laura

What is the exact error message you received? Did you hit the "preview image" button and then not follow those steps through but instead maybe hit the back button?

No, at least I don't think I did...I was uploading but didn't hit the preview image button. I don't know what happened. But I don't usually do that---I upload and then if it needs editing I edit. :)

I have a pack in the store that I am trying to get renders up...and this isn't helping. :(

It says:

You have reached the maximum images you can upload in one day. You can upgrade this number with a paid subscription by clicking here!

Sounds like you may have inadvertently hit the preview button, in that case the image floats out there like it was uploaded...the system will refresh and clear that image at 2 A.M Rendo time, and then you can upload again.

Well. That does me absolutely no good.  By that time I'll be able to upload another image. But thanks anyway. They should fix whatever causes that.

The gallery upload works as it should, you must have accidentally hit the back button as this message wouldn't occur unless that happened and the whole process wasn't followed through with the button til either "aborting" or "upload and save".

I'm sorry this happened for you at a time when you needed to get something out.  Just always be sure to follow the steps all the way to the end and you will be in the clear:)
