Hello,
I saw a lot of very good tutorials about seafoam (and one is here at renderosity), just could not be able to create the seafoam material myself ...

Could anyone point me to where I could find a seafoam mat?

MONSOON has some awesome stuff, over at 3d commune :) It's not free as  you wanted, but IS well worth the $$

Did you visit pmermino's site? He has excellent  'shore effects'  tutorial, and you can download foam material from the section.
