Boolean2 in 3ds max. I don't have max, myself, but It's nice to have a college right next to me with a graphic design instructor who's daughter I dated. He gives me full run of their eqipment as long as I help keep things running OK. If your interested but need a few peaces to start with, I can send them to you as an OBJ. -Gabe-

I will not give up trying to make hair for my self, but I'm not a good enough modeler to do it yet. But with this basic format, you can push, pull, bend, strech, and any other deformers you can emagine to get the shape of the hair right. The inside of the hair, doesn't have to have anything done at all. The example image is just mesh NO TEXTURES OF ANY KIND. Can you emagine what it would look like with a nicly done texture? anyone up for the chalenge? -Gabe- By the way A horse's main can be done in the same way, you just mirror it and atach them together to keep the polygon count down.
