Ones from the Kodak Easyshare range are good no nonsense point and shoots.
Obviously have to try it but controls are usually easy to operate and clearly labelled with what they do.

Looking in Steve's Digicam these two seemed larger framed and , just looking at the photos, the buttons etc. appeared to be fairly well separated. As well they have some nice features, the FUJI with an 2.5 inch LCD. Not to mention the prices seem friendly.

My boss (nearing 70) wants to join the digital world with a new camera. He is a big guy with huge hands, and so so eyesight. He needs a simple to use, general purpose snapshooter for family photos, etc., that takes good photos on the auto setting. The buttons need to be large and the response time fast. I don't think he needs more than 5MP or a moderate zoom range. Most new P&S camera are super tiny and though I know what is out there pretty well, nothing springs to mind as perfect for him. Any suggestions? Thanks. ~Kort
