I hope I'm doing this correctly as I've never asked before on anything.....
I wrote Dee/surreality regarding refund for the above two products and she wrote back she is fine with my getting a refund for each of them and will authorize them.

I have verified that the refund was approved by the vendor and have issued an in-store credit to your account for the two items.  You have $14.50 available to you to use on your next purchase.
