I think you will find what you are looking for in the 'water' section of the Backroom.There are many ways to do ths depending on the kind of foam you are looking for (wake, shore lines, splashes on rocks...)
Yes this can be done in Vue 5 Infinite. There are a variety of ways to approach it.

Pmerminos method is probably the easiest for shores, for general foam bubbles in the water, it would be good to make a mixed material which makes adjusting foam/bubble amount quite comfotable. Maybe theres also a way to do it with ecosystem materials, but you cant populate an endless plane, so that would probably require much imagination and good ideas.

Seems like Vue alone cannot do it right? So is it uusually that people make it with post work or is there a trick. I'm in vue 5 infinite
