I did this with Rhino, and exported it in 2 parts to Bryce: body & band. Bryce reported me of about half a million polygons, and the file was around 64 MB. Is there a way to make things less huge?

Guess my message didn't get posted. I'd make the band, winder, etc in Bryce. The crystal in Metasequoia. The hand in Rhino or Poser. Texture all but the hand in Bryce. The clock can be a 3d or 2d in bryce. Oh, if you want to take a Rhino mesh and reduce the polygon count, Metasequoia will do that.

I don't know if it's even possible to do it any other way, but did you convert the objects into polygon meshes in Rhino first? You can control the polygon count easily when converting it..

That's over and done with. I usually export from Rhino as obj file - no problems
