Hey folks, the banner competition ends tonight.  Wow, only 3 entries. Come on!!  You can do it...whip something up and enter it quick.   Maybe they'll lmake it a revolving banner so everyone that enters is used.  Could happen :)

Just took out the glass this morning from the render furnance. Talk about a hot computer.. 50C! It'll be posted before deadline ;-)

Hrm, only 3 entries for the banners...  Maybe having the banner challenge end the same time as the glass challenge isn't a great idea. I wouldn't mind doing a banner, but my effort--render time & brain work--went to the larger challenge.

If I have an hour to spare tonight I'll do a quick one and will upload so it'll be 4 to choose from.

Ack! I won't be able to get to this 2nd challenge. My nixie tubes need more work :-(

Well, we do have 5 entries, but some more wouldn't hurt...=)

My issue with the tubes is I'm stuck with terrible fonts! Need one with numbers long and wirery (sp?)  I tried modeling them but they weren't coming out proportionally correct. It would be better to use a font and then just elefont the thing in.

But anyway, i'm just waiting for my entry to the big challenge to get posted, then I'm off to dreamland! It's deadline time IRL with a program project. Right arm/hand hurts from coding so much.

Cool!  Now I'm off to sleep! Massaged that arm with one of them massaging machines and now it's all numb.. feels good. :-)  Yay I'm number 50. Woohoo!!
