Subject: Grouping camera and object together for animation. How?

Hi
I'm sure I'm missing something very obvious here, but I'm trying to have the camera following behind an object for an animation. I thought the simple thing to do would be to group the object and camera together and then animate the group. However, you can't seem to do that. I could animate the camera and the object separately but this would be very tricky in a complex animation path. You can't even copy one animation path to another object (or can you?)
any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Select your camera, then go to the animation tab and find the object you wish the camera to follow in the Link To dropbox. Select a type of motion for the camera (It will default to basic). Your camera will now follow the linked object. "Track" will pan the camera (depending on axis chosen) to keep the tracked object in view, but will not physically follow the object.

Ahh, thanks Fivecat - I knew there must have been a way to do this
Thanks.
