I am trying to determine if poser will be suitable for posing models for export to metastream where the viewer can twirl the model/scene around. I plan to only have ground and no walls. walls and sky ok as long as I can spin scene around in metastream to view all sides of model. http://mars.spaceports.com/%7Ewillow/1998/Hangman3.jpg minus the background and sky may be an example.

Why not just turn the model on it's yaxis and make an AVI in Poser? There are also tons of free software out there to tur each frame of an AVI into a GIF for web use.

Barrett, answer, for my part, is yes... I'm experimenting with exactly how I want to export my P4 clothed models, however... I think some of the clothing needs processing because of INVISIBLE Parts... But yeah, you should be fine in what you're trying to do

heya; you can import metastream files 'as background footage,' but you apparently can't export a metastream file. (unless that was added after the manual was printed...) whoops! yes, here it is, Export:Metastream. (which is what i think you were asking.)

I guess for a better example, how bout say a baseball player in the at bat postion with a piece of ground attached to his feet to let person viewing be able to have a solid visual point of reference for real life orientation and then be able to mouse the model around to see from different sides. A startrek holodeck with only the floor,no walls or ceiling. I hope this Poser 4 pack works out - couldn't take the fever any longer and ordered it a little while ago. I've got strata's studioPro "powerhousef" ,but it doesnt' do .obj or export .mts. Murphy's law (somebody shoot murphy)
