Mine arrive yesterday :) I pre-ordered 2 months ago. I haven't had time to read much, but so far it looks very worth the money...;)

Perhaps it just that the numbers are down here but it seems to me theres a lot more excitement on the Lightwave forums when a new book comes out.

I see on Amazon there are already more reviews on the book than there are replies on this thread.  Interesting...

So, how is the book so far?

DoomsdayRenderer ( ) posted Thu, 12 April 2007 at 4:52 AM

I received mine. Cool book, really. Seems to begin from modeling to all more hairy parts of animation. Though I have not read it yet, by browsing I am quite sure that I will not be disappointed. This book combined with some general animation tips book (about basics very of ANY animation) should be the surivor's pack for aspiring animators.

Rigging seems to be quite well covered. I just hope I would have character ready for this. I have one in the works, but it'll still take quite some time before it is ready for rigging...

Coolest pics from the book seem to be about Plumiferos, as one would expect.

tonsils taken out , dont you know they are part of your bodys defences against diseases?

If they are playing up it means your in an unhealthy atmosphere. Better look for the culprit then take them out.

for some free stuff i made
and for almost daily fotos
