Attached Link: neat image
@ Lew. Yep, it is super clean, but I went way overboard. One pass is usually enough. You can get it for free to use on web sized images. I liked it so much I got the full version.Kort Kramer - Kramer Kreations
Neat Image was also one of the prizes for out photo contest...

...Rules...? Yes, RULES! Okay, I know this isn't regular for the DITI as it started out life as a way to "improve" images, but I am feeling some have been scared off of these due to lack of heavy compositing ability, and feeling that their stuff "wouldn't compare". Well, ladies and gents, this is where the playing field shall be evened out! Right here, right now, this thread ;-)You are to take this image and apply 3 Filters.
...Huh? (you say?)
Yes, go through the Filter menu and start applying filters - just to see what they do. Apply a filter you've been curious about, then hit Ctrl+Z (PC) or Cmd+Z (Mac to undo it - then apply another one - rinse, repeat. Figure out 3 Filters to apply (or just guess, or pick 3 at random) and show the final result here. As usual, feel free to do multiples if you find you're having fun with this.
Doesn't matter if you're using Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or Painter (or GIMP - you get the idea) - as they all have more than 3 filters installed with their basic packages. Go nuts, have fun, use filters you had never considered just to see what they do. There is no right or wrong, there is only happy experimentation.
