The morphs are already loaded when you load the figure, I had the same confusion when I first started working with V4. If you got the base figure and "V4 Morphs++" then you should contact DAZ for a refund on the base figure, you don't need both (unlike V3/S3 etc). You can safely uninstall the V4 Base.
now that is confusing... why do Daz sell the V4 morph pack if its not needed? There are definitely some things installed when i installed the morph pack that werent there before..
*giggles.. i am so impatient to get sme work out there.

drkfetyshnyghts - The morph pack is needed if you want to be creative with your own characters & for alot of the characters you can buy. There are alot of morphs within the extra package which aren't with the base. What pjz means is that if you have the full morph pack then you will not need the basic one.
LOLOLOL... yeah well i shall definitely play with the Areola's... but am finding my way round. The figures that come with the morph pack... about 6 different name, where do i find them? In the figures folder in Daz people? Sorry, i am so blonde sometimes. I think these packs should come with more documentation instead of the basic readme......
drkfetyshnyghts - For a full morph you generally have the dial set to 1.0. You can also mix two characters by having them both set at 0.5 or whatever you need. It's all about experimentation. Try using all the characters there, maybe set at 0.5 each or even more or less values. You may get extreme looks in your characters features though!
Mixing the morphs is what it's all about. I can't recommend using any of the character morphs at 1, get in there and mess with the dials. I actually don't even use ANY of the character morphs, I much prefer to design my own from scratch.

**My latest piece is of my old character Lakisha. I'm proud of her because she is so heavily morphed from scratch but I still tried to keep the realism. I guess it shows that if you put enough work into the morphs you can achieve something which is personally special. She may be my last V3 for a while as I feel I must turn my attention now to V4 as I bought her on the day of her release but haven't really used her. I feel I need to catchup!**This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. Our own cookies make user accounts and other features possible. Hmmm well, Poser7 all installed, V4 bought plus a couple of extras and i am finding my way round nicely... slow but ok...
... now.. errrr i got the V4 morph pack... but i just dont know how on earth to use it. Its installed and available and i can do the little things with the mouth, eyes, breasts etc... but how do you use the different characters that are included....? And everything else in the pretty impressive morph pack spec list?
I prolly am being totally dumb, i know.... and will be advised to do the basic tutorials i know. I can hear all of you poser-ites now.......
