The top with the split looks like one of Aery_Soul's pieces, but isn't quite:

Not quite sure what that is in the DM pose promo stuff but the AS top is a very good alternative with a similar look.

Which one is Victoria 4?  I don't have either of those figures so I haven't a clue which is which.

The top appears to be a version of Aeris for V4, by EvilInnocence, with parts made invisible. Bottoms are almost certainly from V4's Basic Wear at DAZ. Only thing I can't place are the sandals.

Which goes to prove it's all about texturing.  I wondered what outfit this was also.  Took me quite a while to work it out.
