Subject: Need help downloading file

I purchased some files yesterday. order# 111200503. one of the files timed out . 
LK-Daphne V4zip2 47638.zip. Could you please reset this file or the whole order . I managed to download the first Daphne file ok and have not yet tried any of the other enough for them to time out.. Is there any way to resume when downloading files from this site as I am having troubles with my isp connection which seeldom stays up for very long..

Thanks Gina and extra thanks for being so fast.
I will probably wait a bit before trying to download again until I see If my isp has sorted out my problems. It's Bt and they have admitted that there is a line fault .
