Great pic with lots of emotion Anna, you deserved it.  All the images are excellent and congratulations to the winners.  I have always been curious if the sponsors pick or Renderosity.  My question sounded bad...not how I meant it.  Sorry.

Hi Burpee,

We had several judges participate, including members of Renderosity.

The scoring is done independantely and the results are tallied together so that none of the judges  can influence each other inadvertently ;-)

Thanks Lillian. I really was impressed with the chosen winners in this comp and wondered who chose them.  I'd recently seen some winning results elsewhere and felt that the winning images did not best represent the theme put forth.  Here they did.  Grand job to the judges!

My congrats to all winners and runners up! So cool pics over there...:D
