I have no idea if this will be hard or easy, let's see. Yes, this was shot in IR, and the object in question is at the top left.

Are you talking about the dinner bell on a post? ;-)

i thought dinner bells were a myth... and yes it was fairly straightforward ;)

I think it was once a ships bell. They never used it while we stayed at the B&B.

Ok, Here goes but I am not sure what the rules are. So if I do this wrong let me know.

What is at top right of the center of the picture?
I may have made this too small to tell what it was.
If no one guess in a day or so, I will post a picture with more of it.

TwoPynts ( ) posted Fri, 20 April 2007 at 1:27 PM

Top right center? I would say grass, next to a concrete pipe. Do you mean on the pipe out of the frame? I think we'd need to see more if so. A bird? :']

A little fawn or calf?

I was wondering if I cut it too close.

How about this one.

What I am talking about is the dark spot on the right hand side of the top of the concrete pipe.

A dog's head or even a bear's? an animal anyway

jedink ( ) posted Sat, 21 April 2007 at 11:35 AM

a hoof??

Cosine ( ) posted Sat, 21 April 2007 at 12:03 PM

Assuming that the light stuff isn't part of what we're trying to guess, I'm thinking maybe it's a big bird, like a hawk or eagle, sitting on the end of the pipe.

newleaf was the first one to be close, but jedink did say a hoof.

So you all can decide who gets to do the next one.
