THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: What might I be doing wrong...:(

Ang25 ( ) posted Sun, 29 April 2007 at 6:18 PM · edited Sun, 24 November 2024 at 6:23 PM

HI, I've tried to post a thread with an image attached. I don't get any error messages, it just posts my sentences, but no picture. It's been a while since I've done this so I might just be confused. Well I'm always confused but this is really perplexing me.
Can anyone help me? are there size limits or dimension limits that I might not be following, but shouldn't it tell me if I was trying to use too big of an image?
Thanks

Ignore this thread, I found out that my picture was a shade too big. Funny no error message told me that :(

I usually put them through an image web conditioner like Paint Shop Pro..

I will ignore this thread.  As far as I'm concerned Ang can do no wrong.

Ang25:  It is not just the physical size but the amount of weight in Mega bites

An example okay:
you can have an original 1200 x 1200 @ 103mbs and you can tone it down to 1200 x 1200 @ 4mb...   and much lower...  BUT... The quality disappears as the weight gets lower...   so a balance is an essential...

Same image.. change size to 800 x 600 and it automatically can go down to about 20mbs from 103mbs.. but maintains exellent quality...(this is an example)

Size and weight...  balance..
