Is it possible to edit multiple frames at once? Like rotate and move an entire animation itself,, and not the camera, lol

Can you be a bit more specific? Are you talking figures, props or other? If meaning the whole scene at once I don't think that's do able without the cameras. :)

edit camera rotation in the keyframe of interest, then make the graph a constant section to the next keyframe. or parent everything to an invisible ball at (0,0,0). rotate ball at keyframe of interest. make the graph a constant to the next keyframe.

One parameter, multiple keyframes - yes, that can be done using the animation graph window. Select an area in the graph for the dial (using Ctrl+mouse) then - carefully - drag one of the keyframe markers in the black area up or down. The whole cuve will move up or down.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
