THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Preview window too small

I'm a beginner at Bryce but I find I can't do anything with that teeny-weeny preview window at the top left corner. I need to see my stuff while I'm creating it. Is there any way to make it bigger? I mean today's computers should be able to handle a preview window bigger than that, it should be twice as big. If not can anyone recommend another beginner program like Bryce that has a bigger preview window?

I dont think it is possible to increase it's size. You can render selected parts of the picture your working on thou. Hit escape and then click with left mouse button and drag and it will render that selected section.
But I recomend Bryce as a beginner program ;)

The nano preview has always been that size.  Guess that's why they call it that 😄
You can change the camera view, but not the size

BTW..... LMAO at your user name!!!!

Yup - the nano preview is fixed in size. What about turning on OpenGL in the main view window? Click and hold your mouse over the cube icon (display options) at the bottom right, right above the +,- zoom icons and select texture shaded from the Popup. You can also see a little larger render preview by going to the SkyLab and changing the preview options to Actual Scene.

Thanks for the tips, I will try it out. As for my nickname, I must've been in a crazy mood when I signed up, I registered awhile ago. Or maybe I did have a stinky crotch then who knows :p
