When i import a Poser 5 figure into Vue 6 it looks great - besides dynamic hair which looks just like a pile of dung.

Any idea what to do about it? Can it be fixed?

Damn, i bought Poser 5 back then mainly because of the dynamic hair. Please dont tell me i need to upgrade to poser 7, i really dont have the dough. I installed all poser 5 Service release (up to SR 4 i think) but nothing helped. All ideas welcomed.

From what I've been reading, Stefan, Vue 6 (in all its forms) doesn't handle strand-based hair very well.  Since I don't use dynamic hair most of the time I'm not too sure how to fix it.  I don't think this is a P5 problem, I think it's a Vue problem.

Dang, it looks so promising in poser. Gotta think of a new strategy. I thought it was some settings related problem or so. Thanks for letting me know.

You might check the forums at e-on because there might be a fix there.

I tried with AA but as i got esprit it's a pain to set up. I have basically given up on strand based hair. Any recommendations for some free hair that works?

Thanks to both of you, i have downloaded Kozaburo's  Kyoko Hair and it looks very well.

FK Designs looks good, I'd like to have all of these.  =) But right now I'm broke and also i dont have any commercial models besides Aiko and michael because they're currently freebies at Daz. So I'm gonna take a deeper look into Kozaburos other designs.  :)
