Hair brushes or digitial painting ar the only methods that I know of.

Have you tried Radiant Jaguar Hair or Sensual Hair. They have excellent morphs.

You might check out Sylvan hair. It's kind of toony, which may work for wet looking hair...

I'm trying to produce a character ( Female) in water scene and would like to know if there are any good tricks to use in order to get the hair to flow out in a natural way behind her on the water surface.
I've tired using poser magnets and tried using some hair style with morphs however to achieve the desired effect I often need to set the morph dial so high that the hair is stretched out for miles behind he figure.
Any ideas, and which hair models might be useful to achieve this effect?
