bopperthijs: if you seen my previous reply with the video link, then you must know that I figured out morph names (simply by checking pae pz2 in notepad) and applied them fully to V4. Same with PAE - it have intstructions how to use it in readme :)

Here's what settings in PAE gives me the best results:
Delay Time 10
Inertia Rate 23
Accel Rate 10
G Fusion 0 - seems it only adds some gain to paedown. It easy to see the difference at PAE graph option.

Here's what morphs and values I use for PAE:
Paedownx - BreastDownR(L):1
Paeupx - BreastDownR(L): -0.9
Paeleftx - BreastOutR: -0.6; BreastOutL:0.25
Paerightx - BreastOutL: -0.6; BreastOutR:0.25
Paeflatx: BreastFlatten:1
Paedroopx: BreastHangForward:1

Also, two urgent moments:
1.before exporting BVH better to set framerate in keyframe editor to 15 fps. PAE gives different results for 15 fps BVH and 30 fps, and seems with 15 fps final result looks much better.

  1. first 30 frames of DAE pz2 looks incorrect (kinda preparation time), so its better to repeat first 30 frames two times before exportind bvh.

One immodest question - can you share your PAE version?

Masa is planning to make unlimited version (free or for sell)?

Hi Rancen,

I assumed you've found the morphs, I only wrote my method down for educational purpose, but I don't agree with your setting of G-fusion to zero, IMHO gravity is always present, so the downmorph will always be bigger than zero. When I take a look at your animations, your breasts seems to "float" a little, which can be explained by your zero-gravity settings. The "incorrectnes" from the first frames can be explained by the fact that you start from a "frozen" moment, if you want to make a continous movement, you better take the next 30 frames, like you said.
And I'm sorry  but if Masa won't give you an longer version, I won't either. So yes, it was an inmodest question. (No bad feelings anyway) I hope he will release his unlimited ( and I hope enhanced) version soon.

Best regards,

Bopper.

Yeah, you right. Now I use default G Fusion value with BreastDown: -0.35 to remove not desirable deformations.

Quote - PAE actually uses only six morphs for the chest. (there are eight but only six are used)

Other two not activated or hidden?

bopperthijs ( ) posted Mon, 04 June 2007 at 3:37 PM

Hi Rancen,

I prefer to use BreastsNatural for Paedownx, cause it looks better than breastsdown,
The other two morphs (PaeTightx and PaePechax) are not activated, Perhaps Masa wanted to use those in the future, there are also other Pae-morphs in the tighs and shoulders, a bit similar like the JCM-morphs in the millenium models. As I look at the date when PAE was released first  (2000!), I don't think that Masa has done a lot on it since that date but I hope he can encouraged to pick it up again. There are some Pae-moprhs for hair, but I haven't figured out how that works.

Regards,

Bopper.

Created a very short demo clip for jiggles using xvid codec.  Not sure this will load here, but here goes...

edit: nope... file must be too large, even at less than 100kb

Tguyus ( ) posted Tue, 05 June 2007 at 9:08 AM · edited Tue, 05 June 2007 at 9:10 AM

another try, shrinking to tiny 90x180 xvid.... less than 50kb

edit:  no joy.... if this is file size restriction, pretty bad that it is less than 50kb.  I'm giving up since going any shorter or smaller or lower rez makes it impossible to see the effect... sorry

don't give up!
email it to me (the bigger one) and I will host it for a month

or...export it as an animated gif...I think Rendo will let you upload it

Almost a year has gone by...

I just started with Poser to explore the morphology of female breasts to be honest. This thread has been so valuable to me and I was wondering if any of you have found new or better ways to tackle the problem.

The lack of visual examples has to do with the sites Terms of Service i guess. Am I allowed to link elsewhere? Youtube or another site?

If you want to see some really amazing breast jiggle animations go check out Stimuli's Gallery at Renderotica. I dont know how he did the animations but my god they are realistic.
WARNING his work can be very xrated.
You'll find him in the animations section.

Psst!  You should edit your post to remove the link.

You can mention the name, but you can't post a direct link to that site here, because of the TOS.

I agree with operaguy - you trash the likes of ockham and the other generous members mentioned above then you should pack it up and go elsewhere.  You deserve no help from anyone.

I just wanted to add my two cents about Stimuli at that "other 'Rendero' site..."

His animations are FANTASTIC!

I don't know how he does them, wish he'd make a tute.  I know he uses the Animation Palette in Poser (which he actually introduced me to!), but he does amazing work with it that I couldn't even dream of imitating.
