Subject: Vue6 PLE (Mac) & Poser?

ccirelli ( ) posted Sat, 09 June 2007 at 5:08 AM · edited Fri, 09 August 2024 at 6:29 PM

Hi, First post to the Vue forum here, I'm new to Vue 6 (but I have used Vue 4 D'Esprit). I'm having a problem setting up my Poser import, it seems as if the Vue6 PLE won't allow me to select my Poser 7 application file. It's just greyed out. So, I can't import my *.pz3 figures / objects. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone else experience this on Mac PLE? It's supposed to be the same as the full version, no limitations according to e-on. I'm close to buying the software, but if it's already showing signs of problems I don't want to lay down my money just yet. Help...? Thanks- Craig

You have to select the Poser folder instead of the application. And welcome to the club of course!

Thank you sir! My head was wrapped around selecting the "Poser application file" since that what the prefs dialog specifies. They should change this to "Poser application folder" on the Mac side (not sure if this is the same situation on the PC). Thanks! I'll be posting with many questions I'm sure (of course I will search posts here first).
