Content Advisory! This message contains nudity

Attached Link: Dragon Texture

This is the first pic I have posted here. (thought rather than uploading, I thought a link would be better) Feel free to comment. I know the girl pose isn't great. not sure I would want to ride the dragon... I should have removed the spines. The dragon texture is mine, the hair I did with that tutorial someone mentioned this morning. Not great, but think I get the idea. Background is mine. Cloth is by Sphere Props. I marked it nudity, although not really sure if that is classified as that... but figured better safe than sorry.

Scared of? There no right or wrong in art for beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Viomar and myself have been working on a remaped version of the ZDragon to eliminate the 'stretchies' as you can see on your dragon face. Should be done soon. The attached pic is a tex I did for it. Comments are welcome! TMG

I really like that. How do you remap? Looking at yours then mine, it's back to the drawing board ~G~

Don't be scared .. the pic looks good though the seat might be a bit uncomfortable S

How did you do your bumpy skin? I like that! I just used the skin texture as a bump, Poser converted it. Texture is from the free stuff area (somewhere - can't remember) called dino (dinosaur). I really like the theme of your pic!!! Kinda like the pictures I have in my head (just don't know how to get them out! hehe) TMG

Well I was going to ask if there was something special to make a proper bmp. What I did after I had the pattern done was select it all-minus the eyes of course. Then sharpened the heck out of it. That is what I used for the bmp. I tried it with and without, seemed to be a big difference with. Ghost, we will say there are no horns right there ~L~ a genetic thing... raised for riding. ~G~ Our world.

I thought thats how she kept from falling off ! hehehe ;p You can also create a 'negative' and increase the contrast and/or brightness levels to get a good bump map. (attached test skin.) I was playing around with just bump maps and letting Poser do the coloring and that what I got so far. Still tinkering! :> Please post more pics that you've done, I like your style! TMG

Here is another. This was remap 4 (I think) it still had a 'stretchie' problem on the leg area. Poser coloring with bump map. TMG

I really like that one on black. Looks very good. Thanks for the tip on the texture. Will try that. Thank you very much. Started a HP, but am too busy learning yet. I am doing this because I love doing it... I do hope though someday to maybe get a couple bucks from it so I can buy more of the models...this is a vicious circle isn't it... they always come out with another you just have to have. ~L~

Well the remapped version you see above will be for free! In the process of finishing it up now. It has 3 texture maps to color though! One for the wings, One for the arms and legs, and one for the rest of it. (Kudos to Viomar for helping me with remapping the ZDragon!) I think all the members here are the greatest for giving to the free stuff area all the time! I am in awe by all the real talent here and the generosity of the members! I am a beginner here, and there is a wealth of information and knowledge and sooo little time to absorb it all!! TMG

I agree. When I get a dragon that I really like it will go into the free stuff. Got to pay some back for all the freebies I have scooped. They are great... filling up my hd, but that doesn't stop me. Pull out some cd's ~G~

How about once the remapped version is posted (by this weekend I hope) you can make an awesome texture for it and put it into the freestuff? Would like to see what you could do with it! TMG

Sure, sounds fun. Working on one now using lace for the wings, seeing if it will work out.
