Hi, i am a poser user since the first poser with metacreations...
but i have never learn 3d modeling, now I need a particular poser character something like cartoon, really very simple forms I have some draws, and I wanna know if there are a person who can do the character for me and how much it will cost

Any interested please post, or if you know a very step by step for a 3 years old kid tutorial of how to do it, I really apreciate.  I have 3d studio 8, but im very very very very very very very newbe.

Thanks

describe the character in question, or post an image of it.

Constructing a model isn't the bad job. Rigging the beast to work in Poser is what cost time, nerves and coffee :)

If you can help with the latter, I'm willing to do the modeling. At no cost if it isn't a commercial project.

Thanks **adp001** This isnt a comercial project, I will have twins, YAAAHOOOOOOO!!!!!, and I wanna do some posters to use as wallpapers and decorate the babys room.

I have the idea of making somthing with soft colors and very smoot curves a kind of art I like a lot is the Handy Manny cartoon syle (http://disney.go.com/disneychannel/playhouse/handymanny/index.html) I like a lot that kind of 3d cartoony style.

I really want to do 2 characters but there are very similiar one to another the same body the only change is the hair (boy and girl)

I like the body of the characters like the kid in the image (http://family.beloblog.com/archives/handy%20manny)

I draw this and its more less the same idea in the body and the faces but im receptive to ideas, what you think ? is posible?

I really apreciate your help and I hope you can do it thanks

Nice guys :)
Is it possible to get a profile, at least from one of the heads? Or should it look like the handy manny?

Manny its fine, but I think that the kid of the image

http://family.beloblog.com/archives/handy%20manny

Its better it look like more like a kid and its nicer

When I imagin the babys room I something like that kid its in the mental image...

What else can i do ???

I understand. Young kids.
A drawing showing a profile (head in sideview) would really help. I just need a picture from the shape of the head. Perhaps I have to say that this is the first time I try to do something comic stylish. No problem with creating "real" figures here :)

they don't actually resemble any poser figures I've seen. it's likely one of these folks can do it.

Yeah there are simple forms, but its easy meaby for someone with the esperiense because Im learning to model but my experience its just a cup of coffee 3 pieces of a chess and I have spend 4 nights traing to model a car rim and i have nothing :(

And suposing I model the body and the face I have no idea of how to make it work with poser, thas why im asking for help

And talking about it, can you tell me wich program is easier to lern to model????

I have 3d Studio Max, and there are a lot of buttoms, Im an expert with flash, photoshop, freehand, fireworks, inDesign and more less dreamweaver but the 3D stuff doesnt get in to my head....

The closest I can think of are the Cartoon Kids available at DAZ.

What about the Gumdrops at RDNA, particularly Candy, I think there are a couple of clothing items in the MP here for them as well.
