I received an error message saying I had exceeded my download limit for this item but am confused about that as I only tried twice without success to download it.  What is the "limit" for downloads?  It seems that this is happening every time I purchase anything from Renderosity any more.

Hi Jude,

I have reset your downloads for this order so you can try again. Be sure you aren't using any download managers or accelators when downloading from Renderosity. 

I'm showing you tried to download more than 2 times unsucessfully?  I believe the limit is 5 times to try and get the download successfully before it exceeds the limit.

Let me know if you continue having problems.
