Why is it that when I retrieve my figure from the library and go back into Setup, The head bone, instead of pointing straight up, snaps to the eye bone? Why does this only happen some of the time? Is it a bug with Poser 5 or have I done something wrong? Occasionally a similar thing happens to the foot bone and the hand bone as well. It seems to be an issue with bones that have several children that are separated from the actual joint by some distance. The head bone has two eye bones that stem horizontally from the center of each eye. The hand bone extends down the center of the hand and has five children that are linked from a distance. Another oddity in Setup is the display of the relationships. For example, though the fingers are linked to the hand bone, Setup sometimes draws lines that suggest that four fingers are linked to the thumb. I've learned to ignore this since a check of the hierarchy shows the actual relationship remains unchanged.
