I rented the psychological horror film "Dark Corners" starring Thora Birch, and during the "making of the movie" featurette, director Ray Gower talks about how he used Poser to create the storyboards for the film.

a lot of movies use poser for story boards even if they dont say they do if you look at the SF disk like I always do half the time when you look at the storyboards you will see some poser renders

This was the first time I had ever seen a director actually mention the program by name.
