The link is bad - but I know the site very well - Carnegie Mellon. For some reason, the decided that these formats were more ubiquitous than bvh - which is incorrect as far as I am concerned. BVH is pretty much the general basic standard - sort of like OBJ for geometry.
You'll either need to find a conversion utility, something that imports one of these formats and exports BVH, or find the formats for any of these and write a conversion utility yourself (or coax someone else to do so).
The amc format is more well known. I have no idea what a c3d is.

Here are some BVH files for those of you that are interested........
As mentioned on the page, not all files will work with poser characters. I have tested a handful of random files on Simon g2 as well as Aiko and have gotten mixed results. Good Luck. If anyone knows of any more files, please post. Thanks. Eddie
Also if anyone has the know -how to convert those other files, that would be sweet......

I came across this site that has a few hundred motion capture files , but unfortunately does not have them in bvh format. only in c3d,tvd,amc,mpeg and animated. not sure if this is useful
but given the amount of potential, thought Id give it a shot. sorry i didnt create a link.
