Hey guys and gals I have been around on the Poser forum for a long time. I was reading several months of posts and came across something that sounded really cool. What is Face Shaper v1? Is it a new script for pro pack? What can you do with it? How do I take a look at it? Any comments would be appreciated Thanks Bill B

It's a new version of the Face Randomizer PoserPython script. It includes all the features of Face Randomizer V2 plus the ability to exclude specific MTs. Basically it works like this: * Open a Poser figure. * Click on the 'Go!' button - All of the head MTs will be changed to a randomly selected value. There is a range check so things don't get too out-of-hand. * Repeated clicks on the 'Go!' button will load new values into the MTs. * When you have one you like, you can save it to a work area using the 'SP1' button. * Return to using the 'Go!' button till you have another face you like and save that using the 'SP2' button. * Now, by clicking on the 'Meld!' button, a new set of MTs will be generated using the two saved MT sets as the end-points. Repeated clicks on the 'Meld!' button generates new faces based on the saved faces. (BTW SP stands for set-point.) Now that describes in a nutshell FRV2. The ability to excluded specific MTs adds a whole new dimension. As an example, say that you wanted to work only with the MTs associated with the nose. You can exclude all the MTs except those for the nose and proceed as outlined. Since you can specifically target groups of MTs, you can breakdown the task of creating new faces into manageable parts. Start with the face shape, then do the eyes, nose, mouth ect. I'll be including tutorials on techniques to use with the script. I'm working on the finishing touches so it will be available soon. The FRV2 is available from the free stuff area and has internal docs that explain the current functions. You can read the docs by opening the script in a text editor.

Yes the face randomizer 2 is a great tool. Easy to use and it does a lot of faces fast. Cannot wait to see the new tool. Great tool.
