Subject: Importing issues

I have created a model and saved it as an obj file.  It contains also a mtl file to go with it.  The model contains several pieces to it but when I import it into Poser, the whole thing gets welded together as one solid piece.  How do I import or at least make a obj model so Poser wont weld everything together.  I am using Poser 7.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

FYI, the model has no textures applied to it or color domains.

You need to either import it through the setup room, and create a figure, or import a piece at a time and scale, position and parent to save the collection as a prop.

or spawn props from the "welded" object, then arrange them in hierarchy.
