Subject: Serial number problem

I had to do the dreaded and reinstall all the software on my computer. The I came to install Vue, and I went and got my registration codes, but not all the parts would go in. I seem to rember having this problem before, yes I e-on a technical help, but it will probably be days before I hear back from them

you need to highlight your serial, VUE6INF......, and ctl C, then in the Vue registration form, simply Ctl V. Do the same for your ACT code.
Normally, when you reinstall, you don't need to enter these serials again, since they are in your Windows directory.
But if you're on Mac, might be different.

It worked for me, you really need to highlight the whole serial starting at Vue6....., then Crtl C, then in the Vue box Ctrl V
