Subject: July Genre Challenge

The genre for our next challenge will be

Nature/Landscape

As with all of our Genre challenges..the rules are as follows..

Two entries per member

images must  be 1024 x 1024 pixels or less
images must be 200KB or less

You may not post images entered for the challenge in the gallery until after the challenge is over

Beginning with this months challenge, it is up to YOU to make sure your image fits the above guidlines. If your image does not fit with in the guidelines, it will be rejected and we will let you know what the problem was.

Don't forget to use the save for web feature in photoshop (if you have it). Good luck to all and happy entering 😄

This one sounds like fun!  It's my preferred genre to begin with.   :)

A thousand pixels seems a little skimpy for a landscape image, and square isn't usually the most natural shape. Maybe in the future make it 1280X768, if not bigger? Just an unsolicited opinion.

It doesn't have to be square...Just no more than 1024 on either side..

1280...well, ireally don't care either way..my monitor is running at 1280x1024
but many people are running the standard 1024x768
