Hi,I found an excellent free model tallship at... http://shipmodeling.uw.hu/ship.part01.rar You will have to add your own textures but a little effort and you have a great model.

I haven't downloaded a lot of free bees
simple because I usually have a problem
getting them into bryce:

Hi Evie,
Downloaded a treat and imported into Bryce OK, looked like a sweet shop "'pik 'n mix",
As I said,it needs to be un-grouped , dive in to texture it!
Just open Bryce,head-bang the cursor at top left,select import and browse to your downladed file. Good luck! and just IM if you have a problem.

Drop the zip/rar from the web address and go to the site, near the bottom of the page you will find part 2 & 3.

Thanks for the link Jed. Thats a really cool model.

Evie, DXF file imported fine (B 6.1) but as Jed said "pick n mix". Off to hunt out some good textures for it now or make some.

I had a look at the site using Babelfish to translate it into English. The model linked to in first post is the only one. All the other downloads are ship plans for modelling in wood.
