We had ordered two items under that order # through Paypal, and even though it shows in their transaction as completed, we never received the final confirmation (the order we did, though) for it in our personal e-mail box.
We used the email store@renderosity.com stating this but haven't heard anything back regarding it. We had also noticed that a lot of other people are having trouble getting orders to go through.
Right now, we're out $10.00 and unfortunately can't resend payment for these items. Any information would be very appreciated.
