Subject: hair installation problem??

hi i have just downloaded some hair for victoria 3 here:

it was long hair evolution

i have installed the contents of the zip files as the read me suggests but the hair appears in the poses folder!? when i apply the hair it doesnt do anything!
does anybody have a suggestion on how to fix this problem

It sounds like your trying to use one of the MAT poses without having loaded the hair figure.

Look in the Figure library for a folder called Kozaburo, then load and conform the appropriate hair figure.
You can then apply the MAT poses to alter the colour.
