hi i have just downloaded the v3 head and body morph pack and am a litle confused as to how to use it.

I have tried to apply the REM and INJ presets that came with the pack but it doesnt make a difference!

is there a tutorial anywhere that might help me out in understanding the body morphs!

I'm not sure if there is a tutorial, but have you gone through the readme files that come with it.
I tend to neglect those,then later on I'm surprized how much info can be in there.
However, I don't remember what this specific one is like.

I think with the morphs, first you inject them. 
That gives you additional dials to create the new character faces. I don't recall those having a lot of presets for specific character... But going from memory here, I could be wrong.

Okay, I think I understand what your problem is, but I could be wrong. Here's my answer to the question I think you're asking.

You purchased the V3 morphs. You want to apply them. No problem. Go to the Poses folder, and navigate into the directory where they are. (I can't recall the exact structure ATM, and I'm at work.)

For each of the morphs you want to enable, load the INJ. (Make sure V3 is the selected figure before each INJection.)

That should pop up a bunch of new dials for the body parts that were INJected. (There is an INJ for all body parts at once if you're just going to do them all anyway.)

Once loaded, you can spin the dials till carpal tunnel sets in, and your skin turns a pale shade of yellow.

Now you might be thinking these packs automatically INJect certain "looks," but they don't. They only make the dials accessable. There are many free characters around, especially here on 'Rosity, that will autospin those dials for you. However, simply loading the Daz morph INJectors does not give you a new look from the default V3 you get when you load her.

As for the REM poses, you only use those to REMove morphs. For example, if you load all the morphs, and only spin, say, the arms and breasts, you can REMove the INJections for the legs, abs, whatever. (Keep in mind, I don't recall how the morphs are grouped, so I'm just giving examples.)
