Subject: More frequent sales/coupons to allow purchase before items are cancelled?

I've had a product on my wishlist for about 3 years now, waiting for it to be sold in my price range.  Now that the coupon put it in my price range, I went to purchase it and found it had been discontinued.  If the product (Quim Abella's Wings of Dragonfly) can't be re-issued, could we have more frequent coupons or other promotions for the stuff thats left?  I'm not rich.   I'm trying to get programs so I might have time to do renders after I retire, If I can retire.
