That is Kozaburo's Morph hair, essentially. Sure, I can do it. But, it would start with the Morph hair, and I would have to get his approval to sell it to you. Just a little "curl" morph at the ends, and some dinking with the color values. shineypoppi@yahoo.com

Hmmm... looks like someone I saw at a dance club last night. But, then again, there was Bettie Page look-a-like contest, so they all looked like her (except, they had black hair, of course). :-)
