I just grab the dots with the mouse and drag them around, looking at how it affects the figure as I do so. You can also use the dials, for more fine control. What are you asking? Just how to move them, or is this a survey?
My light sphere is on the left, but you can move any of this stuff anywhere on the screen (even the 'watermark' in the background of some versions..;)
I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit
anahl nathrak uth vas betude doth yel dyenvey..;)
If you're using the dials to move point or spot lights about, it may be easier to zero all of the parameters out and start from scratch. Try and stick to just two of the translation parameters (X,Y,Z). The lights become more difficult to manipulate if you use all three translation parameter dials.
You can also use Object -> Point At, and make a spotlight point at either a figure bodypart, or some prop - you can have it point at a hidden prop, and then move the prop around to make the light point easier to visualize.
Edit:
Thank you for your reply.
(Sorry, this is my original question. I could not edit the first post)
It seems that draging the light directly on top-right corner sphere or using dials, the light could not be located and rotated as I wish.
How do you adjust the postion and direction of light as you wish?
