THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: OT- I can't distinguish between CG animation and reality any more!

A few days ago I watched the excellent SF movie "The Transformers" and was blown away by the robots! :-)))  I could swear that the bots were real physical objects not CG figures.
I also watch SG Atlantis and other SF series and can see the diff. between CG and real models but I failed to do that when watching the incredible/beautiful Transformer bots; thanks for this amazing illusion, Hollywood! :-D  (I wonder of course how they did it)

I thought the Transformer robots were pretty amazing as well. Another one you should check out is "A Night with the King," which has these really broad cityscapes of Babylon, with waterfalls, crowds, smoke, flowing river, etc., all of which was rendered in AIR.

WOW. I kept watching some of the scenes on AIR's website, too, and, even knowing what I knew, I was super impressed with what those guys achieved.
