I am not recieving any e bots in my mail this has been since Thurs,,,
I uploaded an image today and had to save it to favorites....
Is anyone else having this problem
I am very frustrasted....
I will also have to have to save this to favs to see answers
Any help would be appreciated

Not for certain this is what has happened, but sometimes when the newsletter goes out there is a slight delay in ebots because of the mass mailings. Maybe wait a day or 2 and see if they start trickling in again?

If they dont, def let us know so we can check it out ;)

Try clearing your cookies from Renderosity might have a bad one. Let me know if that helps if not will notify the Techs you are having problems

You also need to make sure you have ebot@renderosity.com as a contact.  And check your "junk" folder to be sure they aren't going into it.

Susan, I'm having the same problem not getting ebots from anywhere I'm subscribed on, including my gallery. It's been this way since the change-over.

I've told the admins about it many times in other threads. but my posts go ignored, when I come back to search for replies.
My cookies are fine and I have "ebot@renderosity.com" cleared for receiving in email.

Ps..I'm clicking "Notify me when someone replies", but I know I won't get any ebots for this thread either. Sure wish something could be done for people like us.

We are showing all ebots going out from our mail server fine so I'm not sure what is happening that they are not getting to you? A lot depends on your ISP and if they are seeing our ebots as spam and filtering them out??

I don't think so, Stacey. I still get spam from my ISP anyways. lol

Oh well....

I have deleted my cookies and my temporary files...
I have to list this as a fav to come back to see the replies...
Well Ardiva guess we can delete our favorite artist then go back and re add them later that was one suggestion that was told to me..
I am not getting them in junk mail either....
Like you wish they could help us...and this happened to me since the change over as well

So how did they solve the problem, Susan? I sure wish I could! :(

I have no idea I can call David at work tomorrow and ask him if I can give you his number and he can walk you through the steps..Bruce doesn't remember what all he did...LOL...they were on the phone an  hour almost....I got this in e mail wasn't even getting anything like this....
Let me know okay...I deleted cookies I know...then checked my hotmail spam fitler..went back here and saved changes....
So I will ask him if it is okay for him for me to give you his work number and maybe he can help you too
