I would, and generally do, read all the help files from start to finish....lotsa good info there and I'm sure will stimulate some more direct questions..LOL...generally does with me.. ...

Free tutorials, Vue & Bryce materials, Bryce Skies, models,
D&D items, stories.
Tutorials on Poser imports
to Vue/Bryce, Postwork, Vue rendering/lighting, etc etc!
I too have a new tutorial coming soon that shows how to use photos as backgrounds and how to set up IBL lighting in Vue. It's not perfect but it's easy to read and follow.
Details will be in this or next weeks VP newsletter - then also avaliable on my site as well.
I'm hoping a few experts can pitch in and really improve this for the benefit of everyone.
Pinky - you left the lens cap of your mind on again.

First off, I want to thank everyone who responded to my last thread (new to vue)...my new computer is up and running and I'm finally able to use vue. So, if anyone has any advice for a new vue user I would appreciate it. I know this is a broad question but any advice, any hidden little secrets would be helpful. I'm mostly interested in doing landscapes....I've been using Bryce for a couple of years, and my pictures are always of alien landscapes. So any advice on how to make realistic trees, various terrains (I'm having problems making just simple flat plains as opposed to mountains, etc.) and of course lighting, would be appreciated.....
Thanks again!
