Today I placed an order using my VISA, and at the end of Checkout, I got a HTML fatal error for the web page. In Accounts, it was blank, and no items were listed for downloading or shipping (I used Burn to CD), but the payment amount was listed there.
I re-placed the order and everything went through normally.
The first order number for the aborted order was 111266827.
The order number for the successful order was 111266828.
My question is this: Am I going to be double-charged? Could you please check on this? If I am double charged, could I get a credit for the unsuccessful order?
