A Question for the Mods.

If we see that someone is commenting on yours and others works with the exact same copy and paste comment can you IM them and ask for them not to comment on your images anymore?

I'm only asking to check if it might violate TOS in someway...

I have wondered about that myself...(God, I hope it's not me is it your talking about?)......perhaps they do it that way as they might be busy people and dont have time to comment individually on everyones work. I guess in a way at least you know they have seen something you have posted that has caught their eye in the first place worthy of a comment. I am busy too sometimes and my comments are short and abrupt but i do enjoy seeing what I comment on....

I don't mind short and abrupt but copy and paste when every comment you leave on every persons image is the same...

Some people here don't speak english very well (or at all). So the only way the can comment is through a standard/universal comment.

if you did it in a polite way..than your OK

I believe it happened to Andreas, someone commented on one of his photos saying "nice colors" although his image was in black&white :rolleyes:

I also don't like that way of commenting.....even when I am busy I try to type some personal words...the same to add "friends" to your list...I see some have really 1250 and even more....also people I never ever heard from...to me it looks more like a challenge..sorry to say
