A bit of a strange problem here. I signed up with an on-line photo club "http://www.thestudio-online.co.uk".

Everything was going fine for a few days, then one day I was no longer able to login. I was sure I was using the correct user name, and fairly sure I was using the correct password, but just to be sure I used the "I forgot my password" link, and got this message:

"The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username."

I only have one email adress, and that is web based mail at yahoo. I have not, at least not intentionally, changed my adress with The Studio Online Photographic Club, so I'm wondering what the hell is going on here. There seems to be no way of contacting the club without loging in, so it's a catch 22 there. I tried creating a new account, but that did not work, as they wont accept another account with the same adress.

I really do want to be a member of this club. So I'm wondering if anyone here is a member, and if they could contact the club on my behalf to find out what's gone wrong, and if there is a solution.

I know it's a big ask, but I really do want to use this club, and would be very grateful if anyone can help.

CAP LOCK OFF?

If nobody's there, why not create another yahoo email and try registering again just to contact them? It's free and you don't have to use that account anymore after that. :-)
